You may think about the msg I sent to everyone. I have beed through Adam Khoo course and the trainer told me something, well alot of thing, about things in life. I cried the whole day. Some was tear joy, some was tear of sorrow. They told me to imagine one day my parents die (touch wood) and he told me his life experience, e.g. friend commit suicide and many more, but before i tell you, I have to ask the trainer for permission.
